We start off the prince & princess themed birthday party with some tattoos and stickers as the children arrive. After the little royals pop some bubbles and settle down our prince and princess party entertainer does introductions to let the children know that we’re going to encounter some very special royal and magical items and that, if we pass the tests and the magic works, will turn us into real princes and princesses by the end of the party!
It’s then on to the princess theme birthday crown making (add on craft option) and laying out the magic carpets so we can take a magic carpet ride to a far away land. Bubbles and clouds fly by as we listen to ‘a whole new world’ and we then reach our destination and play our first game – musical carpets! Following this we do a Disney quiz where the children are encouraged to stand up and shout the answers as loud as they can to really feel the excitement of the Disney princess birthday party vibes. The Disney princess quiz leads to us joining the Family Madrigal with the help of some magic shaky eggs given to our party entertainer by Abuela Alma when we visited the Casita. The children love seeing the photograph of our princess party entertainer with the whole Family Madrigal, which helps them believe it really happened and our party entertainer is part of a real fairytale.
We then move onto the regal section of the party where we put down our luxury red carpet and learn how to become VIP’s as well as how to greet our birthday King or Queen who will be wearing (if they want!) our special royal cape and coronation crown. The birthday King or Queen will walk the red carpet to applause and sit on the throne, handing out a golden coin from the treasure chest to the VIPs who walk or dance down the red carpet and give them a beautiful bow or curtsey.
Following this we need to check we’ve got the right qualities to be real princes and princesses, so we test our kindness and bravery by sharing our best dance moves, kisses, cuddles or high fives with our grownups and also jumping over the terrifying river in the jungle which is inhabited by crocodiles, snapping fish and sharks!
Pass the parcel comes next where the prince and princesses will all receive a prince & princess themed birthday gift and some sweets each. We then get the magic mirror to see if our adventures have transformed us into real princes and princesses and ask “who is the fairest of them all?”. We show the mirror to the grownups who won’t see themselves in it.. but the children will!
To round off our royal fairytale theme party we do our frozen finale where we have a singalong to “Let it go” which is accompanied by our dry snowballs so we can have a snowball fight and real snow to make it extra special.
At this point we normally gather the birthday boy or girl in front of the beautiful backdrop with their friends to do group photos and “Happy Birthday” and then move onto individual photos on the golden throne (plus their grownups if wanted) and family photos, which is a lovely way to remember the day. Pictures are sent to the party organiser within 4 days. If potion making is added to the party we also introduce our Prince and Princess Potions after their photos which the children get to take home to put by their bed. The magic in the potions will help them have happy dreams and exciting adventures.
Personal touches can also be added to make the day even more special, e.g. favourite songs, introductions of special guests (e.g.parent or friend dressed up as a superhero or princess etc) or even games/activities created specifically to suit a favourite character (joining the Family Madrigal was created for our first ever birthday princess!)
We reserve the right to change or alter the activities described above if there are special requests incorporated or as new games/activities are created, however we will always have a call with the party organiser around a week before the party to discuss this, agree the party flow and ensure the celebrations are extra special for the birthday boy or girl!

As with all Mrs Peach Parties a beautiful Prince & Princess themed backdrop is created which sets the tone for the royal party and also becomes a photography backdrop so the birthday boy or girl gets a set of super cute professional Prince or Princess themed pictures, including family, group and individual pictures of each child, plus their grownups too if wanted!
