Booking Terms & Conditions

Thank you so much for booking a party with mrs peach parties!

When booking with Mrs Peach Parties there are some T&Cs that you agree to when you send the deposit:

  • DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
  • A deposit is required to secure the date and time you would like to book. Once the deposit is received, you will receive confirmation in writing.
  • If you are booking a party where we come to a venue you have hired or to your home we will need a £50 deposit.
  • If you are booking our Entertainment & Venue Package or the Peaches and Cream Package we will need a £110 deposit as we pay the venue hire at the point of booking.
  • Mrs Peach will message you to arrange a call for the week of the party to go through all the final details including numbers and any add-ons. If you need to ask anything beforehand however please feel free to message. 
  • The remainder of your balance is due the day before the party.
  • FREE PERSONALISED INVITE – Mrs Peach Parties will provide you with a free personalised invitation once your deposit is received and your details/theme are confirmed. You do not have to use this if you’d like to source your own invites, however if you choose to use it please check the details thoroughly before printing/sending out as mistakes do happen. If you see a mistake on an invite we’ve created please let us know and we’ll sort it asap.
  • MAXIMUM NUMBERS – You are responsible for ensuring that the maximum amount of children taking part does not go over the maximum number specified for your party. Magical Adventure parties are a maximum of 25 children taking part unless a Peaches and Cream Package is chosen which allows up to 30 children. Luxury Experience Parties are for a maximum of 12 children. If siblings or additional children who were not invited/did not RSVP do attend and take part please be aware that this may result in them taking resources from children who were invited. Please let us know if this happens and we’ll do what we can to manage the situation during the party. We’ll always try to have spares so hopefully this is not an issue, however this is not guaranteed especially with larger parties.
  • CANCELLATION – If you need to cancel your party after a deposit has been paid please give us as much notice as possible. We will endeavour to find another booking to fill your slot and if we can do this we will refund your deposit in full. If we are unable to fill your slot we will sadly be unable to return the deposit, however you will not need to pay the remaining balance. If we need to cancel your party due to extreme circumstances (Mrs Peach would have to be unconscious, contagious or have a drastic family emergency for this to happen) we will refund you in full and give you a discount off another party in the future. If the party is booked at one of our venues you will be welcome to still use the venue and we would do what we can to find you alternative entertainment so a party can still go ahead.
  • PRE-BOOKED VENUES – The Entertainment & Venue Package is available on Saturdays (and Sunday afternoons if you would like to use one of our venues). We pre-book every Saturday at a location of our choice close to Leyland months in advance to ensure we are able to do two parties every Saturday. It is not possible to do two parties in a day at different locations as setup and clearing away is a lengthy process. Pre-booking our Saturday locations also saves you the hassle of finding, booking and communicating directly with the venue. 
  • OTHER INFO
  • Offensive or inappropriate behaviour/language is not acceptable at our parties and venues. 
  • The times for parties at weekends are 10-12 and 2-4pm on Saturdays and 1.30-3.30pm on Sundays, unless agreed with Mrs Peach. We will always need access 90 minutes before the party starts to set up and 30 minutes afterwards to clear away.
  • Allergies must be reported to Mrs Peach, especially when providing the Peaches and Cream Package. We will do everything we can to accommodate allergies and intolerances. 
  • ***Mrs Peach Parties is only responsible for tidying up/cleaning/resetting a room/putting chairs/tables out and away etc if you book a full Peaches and Cream Package. If you book our Entertainment & Venue Package you are responsible for taking care of the venue as if you booked it directly. The venue should be left clean and tidy, as you found it, before you leave. Specific rules for our venues can be found below***
 
  • LEYLAND METHODIST COMMUNITY CENTRE
  • NO ALCOHOL is to be brought into Leyland Methodist Community Centre as this is a dry venue.
  • NO CHILDREN are allowed in the kitchen area
  • A full kitchen is available for you to use along with jugs for cordial, cups, cutlery, mugs and hot water facilities for brews. If you use anything from the kitchen please make sure it is cleaned up properly and put away.
  • It’s advisable to bring reusable or paper plates and cups for the children to use when they eat and drink as the venue doesn’t have these available.
  • You may use the fridges to store your food, however please make sure anything you bring is removed when you leave.
  • The Church sometimes has refreshments in the kitchen for its ongoing community work. Under no circumstances are you allowed to use these items.
  • Please take any rubbish home with you as there are no business bins at the venue.
  • If you use any tea towels please give them to Mrs Peach/her staff to take home and wash/return.
  • There is a cleaning cupboard that Mrs Peach/her staff will give you access to with everything you will need in it to clean and tidy the venue, including bin bags, brushes, hoover, sprays, washing up liquid etc. 
  • There is a large car park out the front and another around the back of the building (under the ramp) that you and your guests can use while at the party. If this fills up there are several side streets with free parking in close proximity (please check road signage).
 
  • WHITTLE VILLAGE HALL
  • A full kitchen is available for you to use along with jugs for cordial, cups, cutlery, mugs and hot water facilities for brews. If you use anything from the kitchen please make sure it is cleaned up properly and put away.
  • NO CHILDREN are allowed in the kitchen area
  • You may use the fridges to store your food, however please make sure anything you bring is removed when you leave.
  • While mugs and glasses are available for grownup it’s advisable to bring child friendly/paper plates and cups for the children to use when they eat/drink. 
  • Industrial bins are present on site so please put your rubbish into these before you leave. They are located at the back of the car park in front of the building.
  • All plug sockets and lights must be switched off before you leave.
  • If you use the tea towels provided please leave them on the counter top when you leave.
  • There is a cleaning cupboard available with everything you will need in it to clean and tidy the venue, including bin bags, brushes, hoover, sprays, washing up liquid etc. 
  • There is a small car park out the front and another around the back of the building that you and your guests can use while at the party. If this fills up there are several side streets in the local area with free parking (please check road signage).
 
We have great relationships with our venues and trust that you/your guests will help us to maintain them. We will take the same care and show the same respect if we come to your home or hired venue.
