Our Country Cowgirl birthday party is the perfect way to celebrate with a Western themed magical adventure party where we go on a magical adventure across the wild west to recover the town’s stolen money and then roll on down to the Country Disco Hoedown to celebrate! Yee Haw!
We start the party by welcoming the cowgirls and cowboys to Peach Creek and telling them that we’re planning a fantastic birthday disco hoedown for our birthday girl, however there’s a problem! Overnight, outlaws snuck in and stole the town’s gold. Without it, the town can’t celebrate the big hoedown disco. We need brave deputies to help the sheriff to track the naughty bandits, and get our treasure back!
We start at the Sheriff’s office and jailhouse where we borrow deputy cowboy hats and find out about our adventure. The deputies will investigate the crime and check for clues across the prairies, in the desert, over the mountains and through the forest as we follow the trail of nuggets to recover the gold! First, we start with our Wild West Actions game to get us used to shouting out the main sounds (yee haw, howdy) and doing actions (tip your hat, dust off your boots, shoot for the stars etc) that the natives do in the wild west! Once we’re in character we saddle up on our horses and ride over to the General Store, where we find a golden nugget (which the bandits must’ve dropped on their way through!) and meet Shirley the manager who is having a stressful time! She tells us that the bandits stole supplies from the store for their journey and as they were leaving she saw them release some snakes into the store, so she’s trying to find them! We help her to collect and tidy up all of the food items the bandits threw around and then we open the items one by one to find some snakes that we need to catch and get rid of! Once we get rid of the snakes she tells us that she saw the bandits heading to the railroad. Once again it’s time to ride our horses, so we saddle up and head on over to the railroad.
At the railroad we find another golden nugget and we meet the conductor who tells us that the bandits destroyed the train line to stop the town’s folk from taking the train and catching them up! The train line is scattered in pieces across the prairie, so, being good deputies we find all the pieces and help to mend the railroad so it’s good as new. The conductor is so pleased that he tells us which way they were headed – to Cactus Creek Ranch!
We ride to Cactus Creek Ranch to find another golden nugget and the Rancher running around trying to catch all of his animals! He tells us that the outlaws opened all of the gates and let the animals out on their way through! He says that if we help him round up all the animals, he’ll tell us which way they went, so it’s time for a chase! Finally we manage to capture the animals and restore order at the farm, so the rancher lets us know that the bandits headed out to Canyon Pass. We saddle up again and ride out there!
We reach Canyon Pass at sunset and we find a golden nugget, so we know we’re still on the right path. A big storm is coming so we decide to put up the tent to shelter from the rain. We ask some grownups to help us get out the tent (parachute) and shake it ready to put up, however the deputies must hide inside the tent whenever it thunders so they don’t get struck by lightning! After the storm passes we look to the distance and realise the bandits must’ve been heading to the Saloon Bar on the outskirts of the town, so we mount our horses again and head off towards the Saloon!
We peek in the windows of the Saloon Bar and see the Bandits sat having a drink, surrounded by all of our town’s gold! It’s time to get our finger guns ready as we burst in the doors and have a gun fight with the Bandits to make them fall asleep so we can take back the gold. After the showdown, the bandits run away to have a big sleep and we saddle up with the gold in hand, ready to return it to the Sheriff’s office!
Back in town we return the gold to the Sheriff who is very pleased that he can now pay the band who is headlining the big hoedown disco! To say thanks, he gives us a magic country parcel. The parcel will deliver a country bracelet and a treat to those who have become true country heroes! When we’ve all opened the parcel and received our prizes we say goodbye to our horses and head on down to the big ol country hoedown disco where we invite our grownups to join us for a dance to Cotton Eye Joe! It’s then time for group photos of our new country cowgirl deputies, happy birthday and blowing the candles out and then individual photos of the guests plus their grownups too if wanted. If you add on potion making, this is done in the last half hour of the party, alongside the individual photos and food time.
Personal touches can also be added to make the day even more special, e.g. favourite songs, introductions of special guests (e.g. a parent or friend dressed up as a superhero, animal or princess etc) or even games/activities created specifically to suit a favourite themed TV, book or film character.
We reserve the right to change or alter the activities described above if there are special requests incorporated or as new games/activities are created etc, however we will always have a call with the party organiser the week of the party to discuss this, agree the party flow and ensure the celebrations are extra special for the birthday boy or girl!
All of our parties have a themed magic potion option to add on which works fantastically instead of a party bag! The children will join together as a fantastic team of deputies to track the outlaws, pass the challenges and return the treasure. They’ll then receive a country bracelet as their pass the parcel gift, along with a treat! Adding on the country potion will allow them to create another themed gift to take home and remember their adventures!
All of the props for our parties are authentic and quality, which just adds to the overall look and feel of the occasion. We decorate our backdrop with amazing themed props, plus, most children love dressing up and we’ve got that option for them as part of the country cowgirl party! No cowgirl or cowboy would be complete without their cowboy hat so the children are welcome to borrow one items for the duration of the party and/or the photoshoot! Grownups are also welcome to borrow one for their photos too!
Our fabulous pink cowgirl barn background is the perfect backdrop to lead the party in front of and then truly immerse the children in the cowgirl disco theme for a gorgeous photoshoot at the end. We encourage grownups to have photos in front of the backdrop with their little ones also so they get an extra special memory of the party, plus we do group photos and individual ones of each child.
